Cancellation policy
Payments are non-refundable in cases of late arrival, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled trip.
The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to bad weather conditions. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund

What’s included in the full-day snorkeling tour?
The tour includes a private boat with licensed captain and crew, snorkeling equipment, shaded beach setup, kayaking, refreshments, snacks, and optional volleyball/football upon request.
Are meals included in the tour package?
A live BBQ lunch is optional and available for an additional 5 OMR per person. It includes a mix of chicken, lamb, salad, hummus, and bread.
What should I bring with me?
Bring your swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and a valid ID. You’ll also need cash/card to pay for entry permits and optional BBQ lunch if desired.
Is transportation to the marina included?
No, transportation to and from the marina is not included and must be arranged separately.
